Rob says: This lot is from BUKU, a district of Hambela Wamena in the broader Guji Zone. Buku is one of the highest elevated coffee growing areas in Ethiopia with an altitude of 2350 metres above sea level.
We bought two washed Buku lots this year. Our biggest is a grade 2 Peaberry lot and then you have this 600 kilo grade 1 Sayisa lot, meaning ‘Blessed Valley’. They are both great but strangely enough reasonably different in taste. Why don’t you test it for yourself? You can find the Peaberry version in our green Mister LGB bags....
