This Hario version of the 'classic' filter impart less paper taste to the coffee than the brown un-bleached filter papers.

There are also stronger on the sides than any other coffee filter on the market. 

Size 3 Papers is the one we use in most regular automatic coffee brewers and the Clever Dripper. - replacing Filtropa or Melita #4 filters.
