Cancellation policy

At Caffenation, we do not accept returns on coffee or perishable goods. Non-coffee items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at caffenation@caffenation.be with your order details.

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

WHOLE BEANS Coffee Subscription 

We ship different bags of delicious fresh FILTER or ESPRESSO roasted beans to your home. 

Depending on your personal taste you select WASHED, NATURAL or MIXED FLAVOUR (so a combination of both washed and natural processed coffees). All our coffees are Single Origin Coffees or Specialty Coffee Blends, with additional info cards to explain what you are drinking. 

You can select 2, 3 or 4 BAGS of 250g, delivered once a month, by the services of Post NL. (there can be a slight difference on which of the day of the month depending on the speed of delivery, weekend days and bank holidays)

SHIPPING COSTS ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

YOU HAVE A 100% CONTROL OVER YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. You can stop or pauze the subscription at any given moment by yourself. Or ask us to do this for you. The payment and deliveries happen once every month.

WHAT'S IN THE BAG?

(Top Tip Rob: when afraid for fading flavors because of age, we recommend to store the coffee bags in a freezer. It's even possible and recommended to grind the beans frozen.)
