Rob says: On repeat: this beautiful coffee from Alirio Muñoz and his wife Anayibe Ortiz. Alongside their three children, they carefully manage three fincas with dedication and pride. This lot was produced at their El Deviso farm.

One of the reasons this coffee boasts such a rich flavor is the meticulous processing method. The pulped cherries are left to ferment in plastic containers for two to three days before being fully washed and then dried for another 20 days.
