Well, because our goal for this year was offering a decaf coffee that can stand shoulder to shoulder with any other single-origin coffee in our lineup, even when cupped blind. For us, coffee is fruit, and we’re constantly on the lookout for clean, vibrant profiles, whether they’re washed or naturally processed. The KEBENA ESTATE, which is the name of the farm by Haider Abamecha in Limu Kossa, embodies these values, offering a cup that’s both fruity and clean—everything we strive for in our coffee.
